According to TechFlow, the latest report from FalconX, an institutional cryptocurrency trading platform, shows that institutional investors are actively buying cryptocurrencies. Data shows that all types of investors are in a net buying state, with proprietary trading desks accounting for 57% of the total flow, hedge funds accounting for 63%, venture capital funds accounting for 61%, and retail aggregators accounting for 72%. The buy-sell ratio has risen from less than 50% last week to more than 50% today.

Bitcoin (BTC) remains the most popular crypto asset, with trading volume 2.8 times that of Ethereum (ETH).

Additionally, major cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH continue to outperform smaller-cap tokens in terms of trading activity, with trading volumes more than double those of altcoins.
