According to TechFlow, the Uniswap Foundation released an unaudited quarterly financial summary ending June 30, 2024. The report shows that the foundation currently holds $36.81 million in cash and stablecoins, and 680,000 UNI tokens. These funds are expected to last until the end of 2025, of which $26.12 million will be used for grant commitments and incentives, and $10.69 million will be used for operating expenses.

In the second quarter of 2024, the Foundation made new commitments of $3.22 million and actually disbursed $2.48 million of its committed grants.

As of June 30, 2024, the Foundation has pledged a total of US$7.55 million this year and has actually paid out US$5.27 million.

In terms of operations, the Foundation incurred $1.6 million in operating expenses in the second quarter of 2024 (excluding UNI token employee rewards), and the cumulative operating expenses in the first half of this year were $2.63 million.

In addition, the foundation realized $190,000 in other income in the second quarter, mainly from dividends and interest. The foundation's main expense categories include salaries, contracts and professional fees, office expenses, external activities, advertising and marketing, and insurance.
