Zircuit, an EVM-compatible ZK rollup, has kicked off the first phase of its mainnet launch and opened the ZRC token airdrop claim.
Zircuit aims to protect users from hacks with built-in, automated AI techniques designed to protect against smart contract exploits and malicious actors. The team says Zircuit serves as a “hub” for restaken assets, including ether, bitcoin, liquidity staking tokens, and liquidity restaking tokens, allowing users to earn yield organically.
During Phase 1 of the Zircuit mainnet, users can connect funding to the ecosystem’s deployment and testing process with the presence of over 60 projects, including Ambient Finance, DODO, Circuit, Zerolend, Ethena, Lynx, InstaDapp, LogX, and Shoebill, among others.
Phase 1 limits the amount each wallet can use, with the limit increasing over time. Initially, users can only connect ether, although the project plans to add other assets in the future.
“This is designed to facilitate a safe launch and distribute rewards more widely to smaller wallets.”
The project also announced the “Zirconit Mainnet Festival” as part of the launch, incentivizing users with ZRC tokens when they pay gas fees on the Zircuit mainnet.
Martin Derka, co-founder of Zircuit, said:
“Developers and users can now experience the full benefits of Zircuit and our groundbreaking, sequence-level security technology.”
Zircuit mở claim airdrop token
Zircuit also launched Part 1 of its ZRC token claim airdrop on Monday, rewarding early adopters who participated in the reported $2.5 billion staking program during the testnet phase, which launched last November.
Users who staked assets as part of the project’s tokenization campaign can now claim their tokens, with 7% of the ZRC supply allocated to Part 1 participants. ZRC has a total supply of 10 billion according to official documentation. Around 262,200 unique addresses were eligible to claim, and the Part 1 snapshot was taken on July 7. However, while tokens can be claimed from August 5, they remain non-transferable until the undisclosed token generation event date.
In preparation for Phase 2 of the mainnet, scheduled to launch later this month – where staked assets will migrate from Ethereum to Zircuit – the project will begin collecting wallet addresses from users who intend to move their staked assets once the network is fully operational.
