3/ Conduct the on-chain research.
➢ Find and copy the token's contract address from DEX Screener;
➢ Use solanasniffer or Rugcheckxyz to check the contract and make sure it's relatively safe.
Depending on the filters you applied it might be tricky to say with all certainty that the token is safe because new tokens may not have locked/burned liquidity, most of the supply might be still held by multiple wallets etc.
However, you can still check for other obvious red flags such as an active mint function, suspicious deployer address etc.
