Trump's request was rejected

According to NBC, on August 1, local time, the New York Court of Appeals rejected former President Trump's request to lift the gag order in the "hush money" case in which he was involved.

In March of this year, Juan Melchand, the judge who presided over Trump's "hush money" case, issued a gag order to Trump, prohibiting him from attacking witnesses, prosecutors and jurors in this case.

In June, a New York judge partially lifted the gag order. The revised order allows Trump to talk publicly about witnesses in the case, but there are still restrictions on comments on individual prosecutors and other people involved in the case.
