First, important note: portfolio should not consist 100% of altcoins. They might rise swiftly, but their fall is equally rapid, and the absolute majority underperform against ETH long-term. Always keep ETH & BTC and stablecoins for liquidity to short-term flips.
However, looking at Bitcoin dominance chart, we see that true altcoin season hasn't started yet. During this period, Bitcoin's dominance equals 65-70%, and if market doesn't reverse, alts'll still make a strong move.
