The creators of Hamster Kombat, the Telegram-based tap-to-earn game, said Tuesday that the game has attracted 300 million players to date, nearly a third of the 950 million active users on the Popular messaging application.
Hamster Kombat's anonymous team shared the statistics in a new report released on Tuesday, which details distribution plans for the game's upcoming token launch on The Open Network (TON). . Hamster Kombat has seen huge growth in recent weeks. Telegram CEO Pavel Durov said the game had attracted 239 million players as of July 5, and the development team updated the number to 250 million just a few days later.
