$ARB Arbitrum Proposes Orbi Chain Expansion 🚀🚀🚀
Developers can now use Arbitrum Orbit technology to build Layer-2/Layer-3 on top of any Layer-2 Ethereum, with a 10% revenue share requirement for the Arbitrum ecosystem (8% to ArbitrumDAO and 2% to Developer Guild).
However, to meet the needs of projects that want to build on other Blockchains such as Bitcoin, Solana, BNB Chain, Cosmos,... Arbitrum Foundation has proposed to extend Orbit Chain on any Layer-1 or Layer-2 Whichever, it's not limited to Ethereum.
Proposals opened on July 25 and closed on August 1. There are currently about 14 million ARBs authorized to vote with 99% approval rate.
There is a high possibility that it will be adopted, helping to increase demand for Orbit Stack, expand the Arbitrum ecosystem and increase revenue for DAO.
