According to ChainCatcher, according to The Block, crypto custodian Hex Trust has obtained in-principle approval for Singapore's Major Payment Institution (MPI) license, which allows it to provide cryptocurrency custody and over-the-counter trading services in Singapore.

Hex Trust previously obtained a virtual asset service provider license in Dubai in November 2023.
