According to TechFlow, the cross-chain interoperability protocol Router Protocol announced that the Router Chain mainnet will be launched soon. Prior to this, the project will launch the StakeDrop staking incentive program this week.
The DROP points system is introduced to calculate user rewards, using a time-weighted model and a daily compounding mechanism. The old $ROUTE will be migrated to the new $ROUTE at a ratio of 1:33.33, and the new full-chain $ROUTE token will support seamless bridging with the Router Chain.
During the 90-day event, early participant rewards and long-term staking incentives will be implemented, and airdrops of ecosystem project tokens are planned.
Router Protocol said that this staking program is an important step in its transformation to a decentralized layer 1 blockchain. Detailed participation guidelines will be released when the event starts.
