Binance CEO: Capital allocation of spot Ethereum ETFs is expected to remain stable, but may not fluctuate significantly at first

On July 19, according to Cointelegraph, Binance CEO Richard Teng said that while capital allocation of spot Ethereum ETFs is expected to remain stable, it may not fluctuate significantly at first and will fluctuate based on various macroeconomic factors. However, Teng believes that the liquidity of these ETFs has the potential to grow exponentially, and once these ETFs are approved, they will be available to institutional investors who often consider long-term investments. Teng added: "Over time, this institutional participation can bring stable and large capital inflows."

Teng also pointed out that the first wave of spot Ethereum ETFs can provide more channels for a wider range of investors, and the launch of ETFs solves key issues around legality, compliance and security, making ETH an attractive investment option overall.
