Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are “pseudonymous,” meaning they can be traced back to a wallet address but have no direct link to a person’s identity.
All transactions that take place in the blockchain network are open to everyone, and anyone can know the date of the transaction, the amount sent and received, the addresses of the wallets used, as all this data is impossible to hide.
However, if you are using a decentralized wallet, it will be difficult to identify you as the owner of the wallet (unless you reveal your identity yourself).
For example, if you send your cryptocurrencies from a centralized exchange to your decentralized wallet, the exchange now knows who owns the decentralized wallet.
Only if you follow the basics carefully can you be completely anonymous.
