U.S. regulators have told at least three companies that have applied to launch exchange-traded funds tied to the price of ether, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency, that they may give final approval for the new products to launch next Tuesday (July 23), according to three industry sources.
The SEC could not immediately be reached for comment.
Industry sources said regulators have asked them to submit final offering statements by the end of this week. If these are satisfactory, the SEC will give issuers an official "effective date" for the new products, which is Monday, July 22, meaning trading could begin the next morning. $BTC $ETH #美国大选如何影响加密产业? #美联储何时降息? #币安合约锦标赛
