Surprisingly, #bitcoin Didn't take out that $25.3K level (Yet?).
But, beacause it didn't take it:
1. Many Shorts didn't hit their desired targets
2. Many Longs didn't hit their entries
Every once in a while these levels just remain untouched and therefore frontruns many.
