  • Please review the Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions before using any product on the Binance Simple Earn platform.

  • Flexible Products:

    • Tier Bonus APR is offered as an additional reward in addition to Real-Time APR. After signing up, Tier Bonus APR rewards start accruing the next day from 00:00 UTC (i.e. 21:00 EDT on the same day of registration). Rewards will begin to be distributed the next day, after they start accruing, between 21:00 (BRT) and 05:00 (BRT) to the user's Spot Wallet.

    • All users who have open positions for Flexible FET Products will receive Real-Time APR and Tier Bonus APR rewards during the promotion period. Once the promotion ends, users will only be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards. 

    • Tier Bonus APR rewards are calculated based on the amounts enrolled and are subject to the respective tier cap for each token. Please see Frequently Asked Questions for more details.

  • Blocked Products:

    • Binance reserves the right to adjust APRs at any time after the promotion period without prior notice.

    • Reward calculation period: from 00:00 (UTC) on the day following the completion of your registration for Locked Products, until the end of the registration period.

  • Users can view their assets in Simple Earn Locked and Flexible Products by going to Wallet > Earn.

  • Redemption time for Flexible Product subscriptions: instant. 

  • Unlock period for Locked Products: one day. 

  • About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked Products: Users can redeem their assets early. After choosing early redemption, the digital assets will be returned to the spot account and the user will not be entitled to any rewards. Any reward distributed (accumulated or not) will be deducted from the principal amount returned. It may take 48 to 72 hours for you to receive the digital assets.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Binance program code or interferes with the operation of the Binance program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or in breach of any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
