According to ChainCatcher, Arkham monitoring showed that the German government address transferred out another 2,700 BTC 10 minutes ago, of which 1,000 were transferred to a suspected B2C2 Group address, 400 to Bitstamp, 400 to Kraken, 400 to Coinbase, and another 500 to an address starting with bc1qu3j.
