The scheme promised 2% daily returns on crypto and used Ronaldinho’s image without his consent. He clarified that he signed a contract with a subsidiary of the company, which was terminated later.
Ronaldinho refused to comment on reimbursing investors or the lawsuit. The inquiry investigates 11 companies, accused by the Securities and Exchange Commission of misleadingly using #crypto for high returns.
