According to Techub News, Arkham data shows that in the past 45 minutes, the wallet address marked as "German Government" transferred 1,375 bitcoins, of which 1,000 were transferred to the address marked as suspected B2C2 Group starting with 139po, and 375 were transferred to Kraken.

The address has transferred 10,228.5 bitcoins today and currently holds 13,735 bitcoins, worth about $806 million.
