According to Techub News, Arkham monitored that the wallet marked as "German Government" transferred 150 bitcoins to Kraken in the past 10 minutes, and transferred 1,250 bitcoins to addresses starting with bc1qu3 (250 bitcoins) and 139PoP (1,000 bitcoins).
