AltLayer (ALT) is an open decentralized protocol designed for rollups.
It is reported that ALT has unlocked 105 million
coins at 18:00 on July 25, with a market value of approximately US$20.03 million, accounting for
6.92% of the circulating supply.
Its core network has built a Rollups-as-a-Service
(Raas) dashboard, which uses the Optimistic and ZK
Rollup stacks to enable developers to quickly customize Rollups with fraud proofs and zero-knowledge proofs.
In addition, it also uses the "Restaked Rollups" re-staking mechanism to strengthen its security, decentralization, interoperability and
convenience.
Its core products consist of three key parts:
1. VITAL (Active Verification Service).
2. MACH (allows operators to re-collateralize Ethereum-based assets to support any claims about the state of a rollup, providing faster finality of rollups).
3. SQUAD (provides decentralized sorting with economic support, which helps eliminate short-term vitality issues, poor MEV, rent extraction, and other issues associated with rollups operated by a single sorter).
