However, the Danish regulator did not propose to ban self-custodial cryptocurrency wallets.

It is reported that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (DFSA) denied false reports that the regulator plans to ban self-custodial wallets (also known as non-custodial wallets). The agency will make regulatory clarifications after the regulatory assessment of decentralization in the context of the Crypto Asset Market (MiCA) regulation, which will take full effect on June 30.
