Polkadot just released their financial report for the first half of 2024, and things are... interesting. šš They spent a whopping $87 million (11 million DOTs), with $37 million going towards marketing alone (instead of developers and builders). šš¤”
The community isn't exactly thrilled. š Seems like all that marketing hasn't brought in the returns they were hoping for. Ouch. š¤
On the bright side, #DOT still has enough cash to last for about 2 years at their current spending rate. So, there's that. š¤
