DAO's mess Part 2 - What kind of operation op does DAO need?
From my personal perspective, I don't need to care about my operation op at all. I will do what I want to do, or arrange for people in my company to do it, and I don't need to command community members to do it. So I don't need to care about my operation op at all. He/she/ta has independent thinking, independent operation ideas, independent personality, and independent spirit. He/she/ta chooses to do it with his/her independent and free will, chooses the common concept of consensus, and chooses what we all want to do, not because the community gives money, or the community has resources, or because of personal feelings. He/she/ta will think that doing community things is doing what he wants to do, and the so-called community things are just doing it by the way. So I think that among the crypto communities I have participated in, I think the best and most appreciated one is uncommons. 1.
