SEC returned Forms S-1 to all issuers of spot Ethereum ETF - TheBlock 🤔

The SEC has returned Forms S-1 to potential $ETH ETF issuers with few comments, asking them to fix the problems and re-file.

They will need to go through at least one more round before they go into effect

Issuers were asked to respond to the comments and resubmit by July 8
