Taiwanese singer Chen Lingjiu has been sent to Taipei prosecutors for suspected fraud related to Hong Kong's JPEX exchange.

It is reported that Chen Lingjiu accepted 320,000 USDT as a brand ambassador of JPEX last year and is now suspected of participating in JPEX-related fraud activities in Taiwan.

Hong Kong authorities seized JPEX's local business last year and arrested dozens of suspects. Taipei prosecutors have not yet filed formal charges against Chen Lingjiu.

Currently, Taiwan requires virtual asset service providers to comply with anti-money laundering laws, but JPEX has not registered with the Financial Supervisory Commission for anti-money laundering compliance.

It is because these miscellaneous things have an adverse impact on the development of blockchain decentralization!
