As a continuation of my previous article about $EIGEN . Due to the smart contract, it can contain a problem if we check it on several existing scanner applications.
The tokenomics is actually still a question mark and is not clear yet, that's why we don't see Binance providing research reports as is often done for new tokens or projects that will be listed.
As time of written the Fully Dilluted Value Cap is $6.15B as all the token already minted so we should use this FDV as calculation. Only with $10m, you can make price impact about 28.74%.
As you compare $10m/$6.15B = 0.0016
That is mean with only 0.16% money value from its FDV we can make impact to price and FDV change about 28.74%.
That mean the token is still too expensive if we bought it and it's have lack of liquidity and too much volatile.
If you are invest it right now, it's like we give a donation to the team or who already have the token from the beginning. I think no whale will have too stupid on invest on it.
So it's not preferable if we want take it as long term investment right now.
As my valuation it's only with FDV about 600 millions.

Binance will list EigenLayer (EIGEN) and open trading for the following spot trading pairs at 2024-10-01 05:00 (UTC).

Following is the consideration if we want to invest on it and it's risk:
1. Based on its contract it's have two red caution which if we play on sh*t coin we do not dare to buy it.
2. The source code contains proxy contract which could potentially allow the functionality to be changed such as pausing trading or minting token to make potential of OSYD which could ever be like LUNA in someday.
3. If we see its token allocation based on real at this moment is not same like their tokenomic allocation and we do not find any of its in locked position yet. So beware of farming.
Although our preview is bad and too risky, but we are sure, Binance will already evaluate it's contract, risk possibility and know all of their team.
Based on our prediction it's after 1 minute after launched with FDV about $600 millions, 1 Eigen price about $0.35.
Our suggestion is no need to buy it at first lunch because it's seem like for exit liquidity project if you are long term investor, only if you already Pro trader in swing trading.
After launch in the second days it's have possibility the price will be in correction for several days, so we can evaluate whether it's best position for us if want to buy it.
But the market is always dynamic. It's not favorable for whale for invest it on the launch because it's have big possibilities for exit liquidity if we see their current token allocation.
If the price can growing upper and upper, do not forget to sale it all after 1 year from its TGE because after that the price for sure will be the correction state because of the unlock token from Investor 29.5% and Early Contributors 25.5%.
