How to judge whether a currency has formed a breakthrough? You can start from four aspects: volume, price, time and space:
1. Volume: before the soldiers and horses move, food and grass go first. In the early stage of the trend formation, volume increase is an indispensable link, especially the first volume increase after a long period of sideways trading. We need to focus on it, but this is not the best entry point. Generally, after the trial market pulls back and the main market wash is over, the second large-scale increase is our real opportunity;
2. Price: Generally look at the closing price. No matter how ups and downs the process is, if the closing price is stable, it means that the main force is serious! This is the key to distinguishing true and false breakthroughs. The summary is that if the closing price can close above the pressure level, the probability of true breakthrough will be greatly increased;
3. Time: Before a breakthrough occurs, the currency price should have experienced a long period of shrinkage and sideways trading for more than 3 months, and the chip concentration must be less than 10%. Only in this way can the main force of the currency fully attract funds. Only by pulling up can you have stronger explosive power;
4. Short: It is necessary to find the key pressure level. The pressure level here may be the rise and fall position of the early volume adjustment, or it may be the W bottom, the neckline position of the head and shoulders bottom, or the integer mark of the currency price. As long as the pressure level is clear, once the currency price breaks through later, the room for increase can be easily measured;
