To be honest, I completed the Web3 task of DappOS by following the steps in the pictures of the big guys, and I didn't know anything.

"Intent" refers to the real needs of users. It was proposed by Paradigm in July 23. The concept of "intent-centric" has upgraded the experience of web3 to a separate track, namely the intent track.
To implement an intent transaction, multiple transactions may be required to execute. For example, it is necessary to exchange eth on the Ethereum main chain to Usdt on the Base main network and send it to user B. Then we actually need to cross-chain eth to Base first, then exchange USDT on Base, and then send USDT to the user. Here we need to have two kinds of Gas, the main network Eth and the Base network Eth.
