The US Securities and Exchange Commission has increased pressure on Ripple in court
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a motion to force Ripple to file financial statements for 2022-2023 and provide contracts governing institutional sales.
According to the documents, institutional sales covered the same types of transactions that Judge Torres found to be unregistered offers and sales of securities.
An SEC representative submitted a statement to Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn. In it, the regulator asks that Ripple be required to answer a single question about the amount of income from institutional sales of XRP received under contracts before the filing of the lawsuit in 2020.
Another SEC demand is that the court impose remedies such as injunctions and civil penalties against Ripple. The Securities and Exchange Commission asked the court to make a decision that will help Judge Torres determine whether Ripple was guilty in the first case.

Well as a start, the SEC Vs Ripple case will end in May of this year with a settlement. After you see a breaking news that says "Ripple case has ended" or a settlement has taken place, then all the wait and suffering would be over. It will Literally EXPLODEđĽ
XRP has the potential to be the number one currency, it's the best currency that has an actual use, after being implemented by most of the world's Banking Sectors, hence market cap would not matter anymoređĽ
đ˘ Do you know what this means? It means XRP could surpass $BTC (Yes, call me crazy but it would).
Replacing Fiat Swift would be accumulated world wide and XRP would be the world currency used in every transaction due to it's efficiency & high speed + consistencyđ°

Meaning that XRP with slowly pump with BTC when price goes up, while XRP will heavily dump when BTC Price decreases đĽ

I added the chart below âŹď¸ stating that XRP is on the verge of breaking the triangle. Of course it all depends on BTC Price increasing tomorrow. Hence XRP expected to be trading between 0.58 & 0.59 tomorrow.
