đ¨ KYC APP NOT LOADING OR YOUR SCREEN IS STUCK?
It may be that servers are busy, or there are connection issues on your end. Please try these general troubleshooting:
đš Return to your Pi Browser app home screen and try again.
đš Switch your internet from wifi to mobile data or vice versa.
đš Close other apps using your internet connection.
đš Close your Pi Browser app and access it via Pi App Menu >> Pi Browser.
đš Restart your phone.
đš Update your phone operating system and your Android System WebView (for Android users).
đš Clear Pi Browser app cache (Android)/restart your phone (iPhone).
â ď¸ Please first make sure you have your password (Pi account) and passphrase (Pi wallet) stored safely and test whether the passphrase you saved actually works before uninstalling or clearing your Pi App/Browser data!
If it is still not working, try again some other time.
đ¨ ERROR 403 IN THE PI KYC PROCESS
The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code which means that accessing the page or resource you are trying to reach is forbidden for some reason. Try these fixes below:
đš Close your Pi Browser app and enter again via Pi App Menu >> Pi Browser.
đš Restart your phone.
đš Check that you have good internet connection, switch your internet from wifi to mobile data or vice versa.
đš Close other apps using your internet connection.
đš Clear your Pi Browser app cache/offload the app from your phone settings.

If it is still not working, try again some other time. There may be a lot of traffic and servers may be busy.
