Cold knowledge: In Singapore, you only need to spend 5 SGD in handling fees to check any company information registered in Singapore on the ACRA government website, including company registration address, shareholder name, shareholder Singapore ID card/foreign passport number, registered capital, shareholder share ratio, company phone number and email contact information, etc.
When Luna exploded in 2022, I spent 5 SGD to find the full set of company registration information of Terraforms Labs Pte. Ltd., the headquarters company of Terra registered by Do Kwon in Singapore. Sure enough, the registered capital of the project of TVL worth tens of billions of US dollars is only 12 SGD.
