Australian man Josef Koeberl has broken his own record for the longest time spent in full-body contact with ice cubes.
Koeberl spent 2 hours, 30 minutes, and 57 seconds inside a glass box filled with over 200 kilograms of ice, which reached up to his shoulders. Wearing only swim trunks, Koeberl endured the freezing cold by focusing on positive thoughts and keeping his feet warm.
A small crowd in Melk, Lower Austria, watched as Koeberl beat his previous record by 30 minutes. He plans to attempt breaking his record again next year in Los Angeles.
