Wu Jiezhuang, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Legislative Council, submitted a proposal to the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, suggesting the construction of an international Web3 financing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The aim is to promote the "going global" of China's specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, accelerate the interconnection of technology industries, and enhance China's leading position in the global technology services market. This not only makes use of Hong Kong's traditional financial advantages, but also relies on Hong Kong's unique position as a global digital technology center, and is committed to providing innovative financing models and international application scenarios for specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. Wu Jiezhuang emphasized that through policy support and international cooperation, this platform will promote the sustainable development of overseas investment and financing projects, explore cross-border trusted data exchange, further realize international interconnection, and help Hong Kong become a new "international cooperation zone for small and medium-sized enterprises".
