The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) issued a stern warning to the public regarding the two pledge products “Floki Stake Plan” and “TokenFi Stake Plan”. Financial regulators called the two staking products, which are part of the Floki protocol, “suspicious.”

The China Securities Regulatory Commission mentioned in a media release that the Floki Staking Plan and the TokenFi Staking Plan claim to provide “high annualized return targets of 30% to more than 100%.” However, the regulator stressed that the two cryptocurrency products have not yet been authorized in Hong Kong.
