👀 The Web3Eco project has tokenized trees from plantations in Uzbekistan. Holders of digital plants receive profits after a six-year growth cycle, processing, and sale of their real counterparts — the annual return is around 50%.

The platform is built on the Polygon network and uses the ERC-1155 standard for tokens, each corresponding to between one and 600 trees depending on the denomination. Tokenized rights are sold for the native token ERA.
