How to Use Binance Support?

Binance Support is an advanced AI bot that can suggest solutions based on the details you provide. In addition, you can browse through the comprehensive list of FAQ articles on the Support Center to find out more about the services Binance offers.

How to find a solution on Binance Support?

1. Log in to your Binance account and click the Binance Support icon at the bottom right.
If you are using the Binance app, tap the support icon on the homepage.
2. There are different sections of recommended questions and tools for your potential enquiries. You can find customized Q&A to assist you.
3. Below that, you’ll see a list of common questions suggested by the AI bot. Browse through the list to find Q&A that are relevant to your situation. You may click the refresh icon to view more suggestions.
3.1 Once you find a question that matches your inquiry, click on it and the AI bot will provide a solution.
4. You can also find different self-service tools on Binance Support. For example, updating your identity verification, resetting your 2FA, deposit enquiry, etc.
5. At the bottom, you can find different FAQ topics. Click on a topic to view more FAQ articles on the Support Center.
6. If you cannot find a relevant question from Binance Support, click [Get Support].
6.1 You’ll be redirected to the chat. Select a topic from the list or enter your own question.
6.2 The bot will provide solutions based on your prompt. Choose a relevant question to view the solution. If they’re not relevant to your situation, click [Enter] to ask the bot.
6.3 The bot will provide solutions based on the question you ask. You may repeat this process to find a solution.
1. If the AI bot can’t solve your issue, click [Unresolved].
2. It will provide more relevant questions. If you still cannot find the answer, click [Not relevant]. You can choose to view more suggested FAQs or connect with a CS agent.
3. If you click [Yes, transfer to Customer Service], you’ll be connected with a CS agent. To ensure the best assistance, please describe your question in detail and provide relevant supporting documents, such as screenshots, so the agent can effectively address your query.
  • You may leave the chat window anytime after submitting your question. You will be notified once a CS agent is assigned to your case.
  • Please reply to the thread within 24 hours to keep your conversation open. If you respond within 24 hours, you can maintain your queue position.
  • If the CS agent cannot resolve your issue or if the conversation is marked as “Solved”, you may reply to the thread to submit your question again.
Important note:
Due to the large number of inquiries we receive every day, the CS team will try to address your issues as soon as possible and may not be able to reply to you in your preferred language.
You can select your preferred language before entering the chat. Click on the language icon on the top right. Once connected to a CS agent, you won’t be able to change the language. If Binance Support isn’t available in your local language, please submit your question in English and use online translating tools to translate the reply into your preferred language.
