HOW TO DO YOUR RESEARCH (i will do for btc)
Now first we will check the price action range: The current price is $65,987.81, showing a decrease of 2.29%.
Then we identify the resistance and support which as you can see there is significant resistance around $67,376.72 and $70,000.92 and support levels are visible at $64,818.84 and $63,735.39.
Then we see multiple moving averages are converging, indicating potential consolidation. Also stochastic at the bottom shows the blue and orange lines in an overbought region, suggesting a potential price drop.
Then we see the volume profile looks a high around $65,467.22, indicating significant trading activity at this level.
All of this can be decided as soon as you look at the chart, (1st photo)
Now we check the liquidation map to have a better understanding on the possible path price action will follow: ( photo 2 and 3 that shows the 12 hour and weekly liquidation data )
Then we have to check also the liquidation levels:(photo4 ) showing balance btw longs and shorts
And then we draw our map; in comments
