Crypto market intelligence platform Santiment has reported a surge in trader interest in Ethereum (ETH), following the US SEC's decision to close an investigation into ConsenSys' Ethereum 2.0. The regulator's move has dispelled concerns that the sales of ETH might be considered securities transactions.

In addition, Pantera Capital's announcement of its intention to invest $100 million in a spot ETH ETF has also contributed to the growing popularity of Ethereum. The investment firm plans to distribute the capital into Bitwise's spot ETH ETF.

Other trending cryptocurrencies include the Trump-themed DJT token, Ethereum Name Service (ENS), and Fetch.ai (FET), which experienced a 30% price increase. The rise in FET's price coincides with NVIDIA's success and the announcement of a token merger between Fetch.AI, Ocean Protocol, and SingularityNET, which is supported by leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance.

The positive developments surrounding Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies indicate a promising outlook for the blockchain industry.
