Open a weekly chart and determine the price-moving range. We see that the price is forming a globally bearish pennant. It is quite possible that the price may reach the upper boundary inside the range, so with that calculation, we're gonna try to catch that movement:
Entry: 6.75
Target: 12.30
Stop loss: 5.39
An important point: As I said before, the position entry is not earlier than reaching the specified zone.
Perhaps the market is preparing surprises for us, but in this case, the risk/profit will be 1:4. In the case of a successful trade, this will be about 80% of the profit.
Psychological moment: Allocate for trading a small part of the deposit, which you are ready to lose in advance, as well as do not use large shoulders. And of course, develop your strategy!
