According to Odaily, the AEZ Quadratic Grant has officially begun its voting promotion period on the DoraHacks platform. The voting will determine the allocation of the second round of the AEZ Quadratic Grant, which consists of 8,000 ATOM and 20,000 USDC. The cutoff time for this round of voting is June 20th. Any regular quadratic funding from the community after this date will be counted towards the next round of funding.
Previously, CosmosHub had allocated a million dollars to the Dora Factory and DoraHacks AEZ Quadratic Funding project through the historic governance resolution Prop #917. This funding was intended to support public goods and open-source projects within the application chain ecosystem over the next two years. In this round of quadratic governance, users can participate in both Quadratic Funding (QF) and Private Quadratic Voting (MACI-QV). The direction of this round of funding will be jointly determined by these two governance methods.
The allocation of 20% of the funding will be determined by the results of the MACI Quadratic Voting, while the remaining 80% will be determined by the results of the regular community quadratic funding. This initiative aims to ensure a fair and democratic distribution of resources, encouraging community participation and engagement in the decision-making process.
