Investing at this time requires careful consideration. The Global liquidity cycle suggests that Bitcoin's appropriate fair value is around $54K, indicating a potential drop below $60K.
Despite this, certain low market cap coins with significant potential might resist the broader market's downturn. These coins are often influenced by large investors or "whales."
Presently, most of my investments are not in mainstream projects. Instead, I'm focusing on smaller cap, high potential coins, anticipating gains before potential major Bitcoin correction. Notable mentions in this category include Rarible, Truflation, Propy, Aerodrome Finance, Dexcheck etc. My strategy involves selling a major portion of these once they reach a target price, then shifting to established projects like FET, AVAX, Ethereum, BNB, etc.
It's important to recognize the inherent high risk associated with low cap projects, so it's crucial to invest according to your own risk tolerance. For those who are more risk-averse, maintaining about 50% of your portfolio in cash before the major correction could be a prudent strategy.
