When BTC goes up, ETH goes up but less, when BTC goes down, ETH goes down but more. It's a pretty simple concept, yet many fail to grasp it
Your performance in the market is also relative. Let's imagine that your profit in the bull market since the beginning of 2024 was +50%, you think that's pretty good, but the fact that BTC (the safest and least volatile asset in crypto) grew by 69% in the same period makes your result below average 👎
Sometimes it's worth calculating how much you've earned over a certain period and comparing that to the performance of coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum. If you fall short of these two "benchmarks", you may want to simplify your strategy and just stick to buying these two coins with DCA for long-term hodl 📈
