How do I know that a crypto project is good for investment?
Well there are many ways . But I use a very simple formula sometimes. This only works in bull market.
Let’s talk about my recent prediction ID and IQ. ID already make you happy, I know, as it almost doubled your money in few week. There is 10% my credit and 90% is due to huge volume in market in current bull market.
Basically, I start monitoring a coin randomly. The coin must be either very unique like ID / IQ or must be there for long term like DOT / XRP .
For the unique coin my requirement is that this coin at least go 30% up and then it need to go 10-20% down in a short period. There is a long equation behind this. Even the % is not the exact for all coins. But I don’t want to go much technical here. You will find it on my PDF, once I share.
For the coin that is been there for long term, I follow the equation of NP. Don’t ask me what is NP, as I will make some post on it.
However, I don’t do this manually. I use AI to monitor market for me. I don’t believe in hard work, I believe in smart work. Have you ever seen a programmer does things manually? Ha ha, never.
Let’s go bit conceptual. What is behind the method? Trust me I won’t bring any math here.
Either a very unique new project or an old project that is sleeping for a while, the only reason the project go 30% up in short term is it’s getting too much attention. Either something revolutionary happened or a news came out.
Now if this go 10-20% down. That means the project is again lacking volume. But as we know, this project already took attention of big people (including us).
Usually we go in when it’s falling. At this point we don’t know how much it will fall, but I usually use swing method. Like I buy 20% now, 20% after another 5% down, then 20% after another 20% down. Now two things can happen. If you are a whale, and if the coin has less volume, then basically you are forming a bullish pattern.
If you are not a whale, you wait for bullish pattern and keep holding.
