It’s good that you don’t trade in futures, margin or options. You avoid the loss of your capital as 90% of traders are losing money. Instead if you #buyandhold you will outperform the stupidity of the most traders with their unicorn trading strategies like, SMC, ICT, order blocks, FVGs etc
On the other hand if you are trading in spot accounts, naturally you do not use stop loss because there is no danger for liquidation of their account. You just #hodl or #DCA .    
Unfortunately this leads to bag holding which locks your unrealized negative profits and destroys your capital. 
Always use stop loss. Do not wait. Do not marry a cryptocurrency. Let it go. Learn from it and move on
