CNBC reports that SoftBank Group CEO Masayoshi Son will visit President-elect Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort on Monday and announce a $100 billion investment in the United States over the next four years. Sources say Son will also pledge to create 100,000 jobs focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and related infrastructure, with the funds deployed before the end of Trump's term. The funds may come from various sources controlled by SoftBank, including the Vision Fund, capital projects, or chip manufacturer Arm Holdings (ARM.US).
