Voting has begun on the 215M unclaimed Jupuary Tokens!
On Tuesday, @weremeow and the team presented a draft proposal to refill ASR with the unclaimed Jupuary tokens, alongside the option to burn or return the tokens to the multisig.

Three options are available this time:
1. Fund ASR for 1 more year
2. Burn the tokens
3. Return them to community multisig
