Matthew Siegel: Bitcoin will soon show growth

The head of digital asset research at VanEck said in an interview with CNBC that the wave of liquidations of long positions has come to naught. In his opinion, bitcoin will soon show growth due to the influx of liquidity.

Matthew Sigel (Matthew Sigel) believes that bitcoin will approach the historical maximum immediately after the presidential election in the United States:

“There is a typical seasonal pattern observed, where the first cryptocurrency usually struggles between one and three months after halving. Thanks to the influx of liquidity, bitcoin should soon show growth.”

The analyst pointed to the weakening of the forced selling factor, and predicts that bitcoin will follow gold. According to the top manager of VanEck, in 2025, financial markets will be influenced by the easing of monetary policy, and due to this, BTC will surpass the historical maximum.

According to Matthew Siegel's forecast, regardless of who will become the next president of the United States, the market should be ready for four years of reckless fiscal policy, and it is in such a period that the first cryptocurrency will reach peak values.

Earlier, VanEck experts told about the scenarios that will affect BTC until 2050. According to analysts, under the most optimistic option, the value of bitcoin can reach $52.4 million.
