According to PANews, former Twitter Chairman Omid Kordestani has filed a lawsuit against the social media platform, now rebranded as X, alleging that its owner, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, has failed to honor over $20 million worth of stock owed to him. Kordestani served as Twitter's Executive Chairman from 2015 to 2020 and continued on the board for two more years until Musk acquired the platform for $44 billion. In his complaint, Kordestani claims that a significant portion of his compensation was in stock, which Musk has refused to pay.
