A few hours later, the buyer filed a dispute with their bank, claiming the payment was a mistake.

¡Lo prometido es deuda! Ayer les conté cómo intentaron presionarme con un comprobante de pago falso. Hoy les traigo el paso a paso de cómo reaccioné para que el soporte de Binance me diera la razón en tiempo récord. 🏛️🐱
Si te intentan estafar, mantén la calma y sigue este protocolo de "Gato de Futuros":
1. La Regla de Oro: NUNCA liberes sin ver el saldo en TU banco.
No importa si te envían capturas, videos o si te juran por su madre. Si el dinero no está en tu "Saldo Disponible" del banco, los USDT se quedan contigo. El estafador me gritó por el chat, me amenazó con reportarme... Yo solo respondí: "Esperaré a que el sistema bancario lo procese".
2. Inicia la Disputa (Apelar):
Pasados los minutos de gracia, le di clic al botón de "Apelar". No esperes a que el estafador lo haga. Toma la iniciativa.
3. Las pruebas que me hicieron ganar:
Binance no cree en palabras, cree en hechos. Adjunté 3 cosas clave:
Captura de pantalla del chat: Donde se veía su insistencia y falta de profesionalismo.Video grabado de mi pantalla: Entrando a mi app bancaria desde cero (para demostrar que no estaba editado) mostrando que no había ingresos recientes.Captura del comprobante falso: Señalé los errores (fuentes de letra distintas, logos pixelados).
Resultado: El equipo de Binance revisó el caso y, al ver que el comprador no podía demostrar el egreso real de su banco, cerraron la disputa a mi favor. Mis USDT volvieron a mi billetera Spot y el estafador terminó con la cuenta bloqueada. 🚫
En la Parte 3 (mañana), les daré el "Checklist de Seguridad Final" que uso antes de aceptar cualquier orden P2P para evitar disputas desde el principio.
