السلام عليكم، أواجه مشكلة تقنية متكررة عند محاولة المطالبة بالظروف الحمراء (Red Packets). تظهر لي رسالة الخطأ [RW00783] التي تفيد بأن الظرف قد نَفد بالكامل، وتتكرر هذه المشكلة في جميع البثوث المباشرة والمنشورات حتى لو كنت أول الحاضرين.
